Star Wars Unreleased Mobile Game [TinyCo 2014] 

My first project at TinyCo was also TinyCo's first 3D game, that unfortunately was never released. The game had a runner mode where the player control a spaceship, and a builder mode for their base.

Spaceships

We wanted to go with a more unique art style for a Star Wars, combining cell shading, graphic textures and hand painted fx.  

Buildings

The builder aspect of the game was 2D, so all the buildings were pre-rendered spritesheets. We developed a system that breaks up a building to multiple parts, renders the static ones only once, and stacks all the images to a non grid spritesheet for maximum texture usage.
